Football St George Summer Football is an approved Football NSW program.

TEAM NOMINATIONS:

Team nominations will open to enter 2021 FSG summer football competitions soon.

Subject to further advice from NSW Government, FSG intends to kick off the summer season teh week begining 27 September 2021. If there are any changes to this FSG will update.

Team registrations will close TBC. 

PLAY FOOTBALL REGISTRATIONS
Once you have registered your team all participants need to register on www.playfootball.com.au

All players MUST register for the FSG Summer Football program at www.playfootball.com.au . When registering, players should use their current FFA number and select the ‘FSG Summer Football’ package. If a player does not have an FFA number they must create one by following the prompts on the Play Football website. Once all players have registered fill in the details below and one of our team will be back in touch.

PLAYERS CLAIMING THEIR ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS- MUST OBTAIN THE 16 DIGIT NUMBER BEFORE REGISTERING ON PLAYFOOTBALL. 


SEASON DATES (10 Rounds + 2 Finals):

Competition (10 Weeks): TBC

Finals (2 Weeks): TBC

Games will kick off from approximately 5pm onwards with the youngest age groups starting earliest.

VENUES:

We will operate at 4 x synthetic venues.

COMPETITIONS:

Football St George will offer competitions as follows:
FSG will require a minimum 6 teams in each age/grade to start a competition.

  • Mixed Non-Comp U6, U8, U10
  • Junior Male: U12, U14, U16
  • Junior Female: U12, U14, U16
  • Adult Male: U18, All Age Men*, Over 35s
  • Adult Women: U17-21 Girls, All Age Women*, Over 30’s
  • Adult Mixed Comp*
    *(minimum age: players must be turning 16 in 2021 to be eligible)

NOTE: Competitions age groups and days subject to minimum team registrations being confirmed.

  • U6 teams can register a maximum 8 players per team.
  • U8 and above Competition teams can register a maximum of 10 players per team.
                     * Dispensation can be given to teams who require more, NO MORE than 10 players can take the field throughout a game.

FEES: AKV can be used and must be claimed at the time of registration.

Junior U6-U17 Senior 18+
Cost $145 $170
  • Players must register to the age they turn in 2021 regardless of the age group they will be playing in, e.g.an 8 y.o playing in U10 should still register to the U8 package.

UNIFORMS:

All participants will be provided with a reversible jersey for the 2021 season.

All teams are required to wear the jerseys provided. Goalkeepers to wear bibs over their jersey.

Limited player injury insurance is provided through Football NSW and is included in your registration fee. FSG strongly advises all players/parents to review the policy (www.footballnsw.com.au) and address any perceived shortfalls in coverage by engaging their own Private Health Insurance and/or Income Protection Insurance.
