FSG Football4All Program

The FSG Football4All program provides an opportunity for children and young adults with special needs. The program caters for male and female players, from 5 years to adults, and to a range of abilities including;

  • Intellectual disability
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Sensory Impairment (e.g.: autism spectrum disorder)
  • Learning Impairment
  • Neurological Impairment

The teams play against teams from Football St George grassroots competitions from younger age grades. FSG Football4All teams are selected considering age and ability of the players.

The matches are played on a smaller field, with reduced numbers of players per team. There are also modifications to support participation by players that use adaptive walkers (frame football).

Training and Matches

The FSG Football4All program trains and plays at Poulton Park, Morshead Drive Connells Point. Training commences in March annually, and is conducted fortnightly on a Friday evening. Matches are played every Saturday morning from April to August.

Additionally, players are provided the opportunity to play in the Football NSW Football4All Gala Day, typically run in June each year.

There is no fee to register with the FSG Football4All program. Player registrations open annually on 2 January on the PlayFootball registration system.
