Football St George (FSG) is calling on expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced coaches for the 2023 Girls Skill Acquisition Program (GSAP).

What is GSAP?
The GSAP is a player development program overseen by the FSG Community Technical Director.
The goal of the GSAP is to offer young girls an enhanced football environment, above that provided in community football that prepares them for the technical and tactical challenges of FNSW Elite Programs and Competitions, such as the National Premier Leagues or Women’s Premier League.
The FSG GSAP is a part-time program, designed to complement regular participation in local grassroots competitions. The part-time program requires all players to be registered with a local FSG Club.
GSAP age grades are U10, U11, U12 and U13.
Training is held once a week on Wednesday nights and Competition games against other FNSW GSAP teams are played every fortnight on a Saturday morning from March to September.
What are the coaching commitments?
Attending trials in October.
Attending weekly training from November to December in 2022, and February to September in 2023.
Attending fortnightly matches from March to September 2023.
Is the coaching role paid?
Coaches in the role will receive a $3K honoraria.
What are the minimum Coaching Qualifications?
The coach will currently have or is in the process of finalising their FA C-Licence coaching qualification.
All coaches will report to the FSG Community Football Technical Director.
