Banksia Tigers and Connells Point Rovers have taken out the women’s and men’s McDonalds Premier League deciders as the St George Football Association held their last grand final weekend for 2019.

Banksia downed Dolls Point in the women’s final for the third straight season, winning 4-1 at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium on Sunday.

The Tigers, who finished the league campaign as premiers, lost to Dolls Point in the major semi-final – their first defeat of the season. But Banksia bounced back to extract revenge.

Last year’s champions Banksia lost both their semi-finals to be eliminated.
