Bayside Council is undertaking an upgrade of the Ador Reserve Sporting Amenities. The existing amenities block will be demolished and will be replaced by a new improved amenities building.

The proposed upgrade will improve facilities for the community and sporting clubs. The new sporting amenities building will include the following:

  • 5 public toilets, including 1 ambulant toilet;
  • 1 accessible toilet with baby change facilities;
  • External hand wash, bubbler and water fill station
  • 2 change rooms with showers and toilets
  • 1 referee room
  • 1 sports club meeting room
  • 1 medical room
  • 1 canteen
  • 1 operational storage room
  • 1 sports club storage room
  • Water tank (for toilet flushing)
  • Viewing podium and tiered seating.

What’s happening now?

The last day to give feedback is Monday 8 April 2019.

What happens next?

Your feedback will inform the design. A final report will go to Council in September 2019. Once approved, construction will commence in Spring 2019.
