Organisation

The FSG Organisation Structure has been developed to resource the Association to deliver competitions and services to the member clubs, players, referees, coaches, volunteers, and supporters.

GOVERNANCE	ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW
Chief Executive Officer	Work in partnership with the Board to achieve sustainable growth and development for FSG. Provide effective corporate governance. Manage the financial and physical resources of FSG. Support and guide FSG Member Clubs and staff.
COMPETITIONS	ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW
Competition Manager	Manage all aspects of Winter and Summer Football administration. Oversee the Disciplinary Process. Manage development of Competitions Department Budgets and Project Plans.
Competition Coordinator	Support the Competitions Manager in all Winter and Summer Football administration. Support delivery of events, gala days, and functions.
Disciplinary and Facility Coordinator	Coordinate the Disciplinary Process. Coordinate all-weather venue bookings. Coordinate winter and summer competition venue hire with Council.
Casual Venue Coordinators	Represent FSG at centralised Winter Football Venues (Peakhurst and Penshurst). Support delivery of Events (St George Cup and Finals). Support delivery of Summer Football competitions.

PROMOTIONS	ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW
Promotions Coordinator	Coordinate all aspects of Football St George Events and Functions. Coordinate the engagement with the Football Community across Football St Georges communication channels. Coordinate all Marketing and Promotions (signage, media, live streaming, registration campaigns etc).

GAME DEVELOPMENT	ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW
Technical Director	Manage and enhance all player development programs, including GSAP. Manage and enhance all Coach Development programs. Manage and enhance inclusion programs (Football 4 All, Frame Football, Powerchair Football, Cerebral Palsy and Acquired Brain Injury Football).
