Football4All – Special Needs Program

The St George Warriors, were established by Carss Park FC in acknowledgement to the passing of former president Darryl Hancock in 2014. His vision was to offer a football program catering for male and female players with development disabilities aged 5 to adult years.

In 2016, Carss Park FC transitioned the Special Needs program responsibility to SGFA to help play a more active role in its growth and evolution.

The St George Warriors are a Football4All Club catering for children and young adults with special needs who participate in the Football St George winter competition.

The Warriors is an innovative, equal access community initiative which provides a fun, inclusive and social environment for players and their families to participate in a modified team format.

The Warriors compete against our other Football St George Clubs.

Outside of the Football St George Competition the Warriors have also competed at the Football NSW annual Football4All Gala Day.
